About Seirrah Occupational Therapy
Based in our clinic in Cardiff, South Wales, Seirrah OT is a private provider of Occupational Therapy services for individuals aged 0 to 25 years of age with developmental challenges in their movement, play, learning, and behaviour.
As part of our wider services we also work across the UK in homes, schools, and community settings to provide assessment, advice, treatment, and training.
Each individual we work with receives a tailored programme according to his or her needs with our treatment programmes being fun and engaging. Our team enable each individual person overcome difficulties they are experiencing by increasing their motivation and adopting a “there’s no limits” approach.
Our Cardiff clinic is located on Cowbridge Road West and can be easily accessed off, the A48, A4232 and M4. Our clinic is based on the first floor of a brand new building named “Homes House” and shares the same site as Lidl, Home Bargains and Dominoes. We have excellent transport connections and are accessible on major bus routes from around the city.
Our clinic is modern and has ample free parking with enabled access and amenities for those with physical disabilities.
Our Cardiff clinic is fresh, colourful and inviting for all individuals and offers a space for children to enjoy and play in whilst allowing our professionals to assess, interact and provide intervention.
We currently provide assessments, individual therapy, group therapy including LEGO® -Based Therapy, training and intensive OT therapy blocks at our clinic in Cardiff.

Meet the Team
Seirrah OT consists of qualified Occupational Therapists at different levels of their careers, Occupational Therapy Assistants, an Accounts and Business Manager, and administrative support. Each of our Occupational Therapists focus on specific area needs and have expertise as well as a passion in providing a range of support and interventions in order to meet those needs. Our family orientated team work closely together to create a friendly, supportive, and caring team passionate for Occupational Therapy values and concepts.
All our clinical team members are qualified in their skill areas and registered with the relevant professional bodies. We believe in supporting our team members to reach their full potential within their career; which includes, supporting them to maintain and update their clinical skills by attending relevant courses, and producing an excellent standard of continuing professional development (CPD). Additionally, as a company, we offer in house training to all of our team members to share knowledge, and improve skills through peer supervision.
We ensure all team members are up to date with mandatory training and familiarised with local policies and national guidelines. All of Seirrah OT staff members have an enhanced DBS with clearance to work with children and vulnerable people. Seirrah OT are covered by professional indemnity insurance through Balens specialist insurance brokers.

Founder of Seirrah Therapies and Business and Accounts Manager
Mark is the key person behind the scenes managing the overall business operations of Seirrah OT including: marketing, account management, and general day to day running. He is also responsible for overseeing our clinical team. Mark implements all our strategic marketing activities including social media platforms and builds upon our professional company brand. Mark’s experience of working within large organisations in the public and health sector provides him with the knowledge to introduce systems and processes designed to enhance quality and efficiency enabling a rapid robust growth. Mark is at the forefront of Seirrah OT and is one of the key individuals our clients will liaise with on a regular basis.
Founder of Seirrah Therapies & Specialist Occupational Therapist
Joanne is a friendly, positive, and outgoing individual with a real passion and drive for Occupational Therapy. She works in a professional manner at all times and it is her aim to make a difference to people’s lives and enable them to be fulfilling.
Joanne has previously worked within the private sector supporting and setting up Occupational Therapy services to; a children’s therapy company, secure setting for adults with complex needs, and specialist schools for high functioning autism.
Joanne’s experience of various conditions and working within teams of professionals also extends to complex behavioural difficulties associated with autism. Joanne currently consults to schools and individual families across the UK.
Specialist Teacher and Behaviour Technician (Wales)
Kathryn is an approachable, caring, and enthusiastic professional with over five years teaching experience in mainstream, behaviour, and specialist settings. Kathryn specialises in Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behaviour analysis (ABA). She has experience in working with a range of additional learning needs, speech and language delay, cerebral palsy, dyslexia, global delay and ADHD. Kathryn is a passionate professional who promotes individual’s academic achievements whilst adopting a holistic approach.
Kathryn currently provides assessment and reports for families, schools and local authorities across South and West Wales. She can provide reports for baseline assessments, curriculum planning, contribution to Statement of Special Educational Needs and SENDIST.
Specialist Teacher and Trainee BCaBA (London)
A passionate, understanding and friendly individual with a real desire to enable inclusion for all. Lauren prides herself on professionalism and commitment and strives to make a difference in all aspects of people’s lives. Lauren is an experienced specialist teacher motivated to enable success and happiness for the individuals she supports. She has a record of outstanding teaching practise across phases in both mainstream and specialist schools; supporting children with a wide range of specialist educational needs. Lauren has experience as an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) tutor and is currently studying to become a trainee Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst with the goal to progress to a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst. Lauren has extensive understanding of the National Curriculum, generating personalised curriculums, conducting baseline observations, providing targeted support for children and their families with complex needs (ASD, ADHD, GDD, Dyslexia, PDA and more).
Lauren currently consults to families, schools and local authorities in London and across the U.K and is available to provide assessment and produce high quality written reports, for a range of purposes including Annual Reviews, EHCP transfer and SENDIST.
Paediatric Occupational TherapistLlinos brings a wide range of experience to her practice as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist. She has extensive experience with different age groups across the lifespan, and has experience in different service settings including; learning disabilities, mental health, and the field of autism. Her most recent venture was supporting young people with autism through change and transition, teaching life skills, and tackling mental health barriers to participation in everyday life.
Llinos is creative and adaptable, and uses a person centred and holistic approach to her practice. She is keen to promote the field of Occupational Therapy and the positive impact it can have on individual lives, health and wellbeing. Her aim is to support children and young people to engage in the things they want to do, as well as empower them to achieve their full potential.
Llinos currently provides assessment, education and therapy for individuals from our clinic and across the UK.
Llinos is also fluent in Welsh.
Paediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)Occupational Therapy Student at Cardiff University.
A passionate, enthusiastic individual, eager to learn and develop in a future career as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist. She has worked and volunteered in a number of different settings, supporting young children, and adolescence with learning disabilities, such as: mainstream, special education schools, Children’s centers, and her local church.
She has an extremely positive, and optimistic outlook, and aims to reflect this throughout her future carer, but also throughout her role as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Highly Specialist Speech and Language TherapistChris is a highly specialist speech and language therapist who has worked across England and Wales for the NHS and Local Authority. Chris has extensive experience in collaborating with other professionals as well as working independently. He provides tailored support for children and young adults who have a range of communication difficulties which include speech production, understanding language, developmental play, expressing themselves, and attention and listening to name a few.
Chris has a specialism in supporting children with behaviour and social needs with underlying communication difficulties.
Chris offers a range of assessments, therapy interventions, advice and support specific to a child’s needs and requirements at our clinic in South Wales and in the home setting. His sessions are fun, relaxed and tailor made to fulfil everyone’s needs.
Senior Occupational/Speech and Language Therapy Assistant (OTA/SLTA)Roxanne is an approachable and considerate person who is a creative and fun Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has over 13 years of experience supporting children and young adults with a vast variety of conditions including; autism, GDD, brain injuries, PMLD, cerebral palsy, chromosome and neurological disabilities and more.
Roxanne is a qualified and experienced OTA with a Level 3 Diploma in Occupational Therapy Support completed at Pembrokeshire College. Roxanne currently implements a number of different therapies, and therapy programmes including; brushing and desensitisation, eating, sensory diets, massage, Bobath, hydrotherapy, Physiotherapy, OT and Speech and Language Therapy. Roxanne is a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic professional who works with a number of children with cerebral palsy, and their clinical professionals.
Roxanne has a background in supporting children in home settings, mainstream and special schools, specialist play centres and nurseries. She formerly lived and trained in Essex and London, and now supports children and young people living in West and South West Wales.
Roxanne is also skilled in using AAC forms of communication; Makaton, switches, PECS, enhanced body gestures, eyegaze systems and Gridpad.
